Yes, Every item you order will be the same style, size and quality as shown in the photos. Because our products are handmade in small batches, colours and patterns may vary slightly, making each piece completely unique.
You’ll get an email receipt as soon as you place your order, and you can also view it anytime by logging into your account under “My Orders.”
You can return an item by contacting us within the return period with your order number. We’ll guide you through the steps and let you know where to send your item. Products must be unused and in their original condition for a refund or exchange.
Most out‑of‑stock items are restocked regularly, especially our bestselling scents and products. Handmade and seasonal items may take a little longer, but if something you love is unavailable, you can message us and we’ll let you know when it’s due back.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Signed For and usually arrive within 3–5 working days. You’ll get tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You’re also welcome to pop into the shop anytime to check what’s in stock or ask any questions in person.
